Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
